Heritage Care is a new way for families of Heritage Care aged care residents to communicate and gain insights into the daily activities within a Heritage Care facility. The app will feature inter-family group chat, POA to facility chat, support, news, events and activities allowing families to easily stay in touch with their loved ones daily activities.
